| Summary | 0001438: BT ScanMode is changed when the GTVS package app was updated under background. | ||||
| Description | SWAN has front BT button and user press this button when the user want to connect other BT source devices. And current BT ScanMode will be changed as following sequence. At first booting : SCAN_MODE_CONNECTABLE Run the Android TV Remote Service app : SCAN_MODE_CONNECTABLE_DISCOVERABLE Run the FXN A2dpDeviceService app : SCAN_MODE_CONNECTABLE Sometimes the GTVS packages will be updated under background. And, when the Android TV Remote Service app is updated then this app will restart after update. So, the BT ScanMode is changed to SCAN_MODE_CONNECTABLE_DISCOVERABLE even the user don't press the front BT button. It will make confuse to user. Please detect the changing of BT ScanMode. If there is any change which not intended from FXN service then change the BT ScanMode as previous mode.(But, I guess you can change to SCAN_MODE_CONNECTABLE always.) | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Upgrade to FW version 19.532.16 BMT version. 2. Do the factory reset 3. Turn on the STB and wait for boot complete and check the BT ScanMode is SCAN_MODE_CONNECTABLE. 4. Update the GTVS package by manual or under background. 5. You can check the BT ScanMode is changed to SCAN_MODE_CONNECTABLE_DISCOVERABLE. | ||||

Hi Mr. Sangmin, scan mode 21= connectible scan mode 23= connectible and discoverible In case some other apps may want to change the scan mode (to 23) I'll set a 1-minute timer. When the mode change (to 23) is not from A2dpDeviceService.apk then change it back to 21 after timeout. |
